Allred provided a complete quote inclusive of the electrical work. The gentleman who scoped the work also led the project. They carry American Standard. I could have gotten higher efficiency systems from other vendors but had the confidence knowing that the person who scoped the work would be performing the work.

Everthing went perfect! They responded immediately (even though it was non-emergent). They were helpful on the phone identifying the possible source of trouble and corrective action. As I supplied more information they honed their estimate. They arrived on time; went straight to work; and fixed the problem immediately. They were very nice and courtious. Their final price was way less than the rough estimates by their competitors. This was for my 82 year old mother's house and they went above and beyond by doing a follow up visit to ease her mind that everything is now fine and fixed. Thank you very, very much. You are excellent!

I chose them because I was in a time crunch and the called within 30 seconds of my submission to Service Magic. They were great to work with. Clean, knowledgeable, efficient work was performed. They replaced my hot water tank and repaired my furnace within 4 hours. I have very little experience with this kind of labor so I don't know what to expect when it comes to the money side of this whole deal but it definitely seemed like a good value.
