He was fantastic! He arrived 15 minutes early and was very professional. The inspection was thural and was even more than I expected, for no extra charge. He was also very organized. Before giving me my report, he said he had to make copies, which I was surprised he was able to do right there in his truck. Then he presented me with my report in a nice, labeled folder. His price was very reasonable. I received quotes for twice and much and literally half as much work. I would use Allpoints again and will defiantly recommend them to others! Thank you!

Project: Inspect, Analyze or Certify the Condition of a Roof
Mr. Garcia was right on time, courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the inspection and recommendations. My initial contract was for him to inspect the roof of one building, after he arrived, I had to ask him to inspect an adjacent building as well. He consented without objection and in fact, gave me a break in fee, because he said, he "was already there, so no extra driving".
