Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Their office staff doesn't seem to talk to the men who do the work. The men hadn't seen the contract and didn't know about some of the things they were supposed to put in. Luckily I saw them putting shingles on before they had any drip edge, so they stopped work and obtained the needed parts. (They also didn't know about the ridge vent.) The men did a fine job and I'm happy with them.

Allphase came out quickly and kept in touch with us throughout the repair process. Their employees are very skilled craftsmen. We have been pleased with the high quality of the work done.

Hassan reponded to my service request almost immediately. Came to the house to give an estimate, showed up on time, very polite and knowledgeable. Scheduled the work to be done a week later, carpenter was there at time promised. Got the work done over a 2 day period, weather probably caused this as work was done inside and out. Reasonably priced, good work. Would definitely reccommend
