I had to replace a diverter valve in my bathtub/shower, and he was willing to travel with me to the plumbing store to select the right fixtures that we wanted. He charged for the job, and not for the time it took, which is a refreshing diversion from all the other plumbers that I have seen so far. I would definitely hire him again.
