Although I may have caught Ricardo on a relatively slow day, he was extraordinarily responsive and to my surprise was able to accommodate me the same day. He worked efficiently and finished the job even though it was in the evening. I was very impressed with the experience.

Project: Repair a Garage Door
My garage door was repaired in a timely way and at a good price. However, there is a gap at the bottom of the door, on one side, of around 1 inch. I called the person who did the repair and he told me it was leveled, and there was nothing he could do about it. The door never had a gap before for the 8 years it worked without needing repair. He could be right on what he say, but I expected for him at least to come back and check the garage door and see what I was talking about. There was never a gap before. There is one now. I will have to gather the money again to get someone else to check it.
