Mr Hayes did a great job! He showed up when he said he would. He gave us a very accurate estimate and recommended ways for us to save on some of the work we needed done. He finished on time and on budget. We will definately use him again if we need anything done.

THEY WERE VERY UP FRONT ON PRICE AND CHOICES ALSO GAVE ESTIMATES ON ADDITIONAL ITEMS I HAD NOT PLANNED TO REPAIR AND IT CAME OUT TO BE THE SAME PRICE INCLUDING THESE ADDITIONAL ITEMS AS THE OTHER ESTIMATES WERE WITHOUT THE ADDED ITEMS. I AM VERY PLEASED SO FAR. THEY COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN AND MY POOL IS READY TO GO FOR THE 4TH OF JULY THANKS TO ALAN OF ALLIGATOR POOLS. i WOULD RECOMEND THIS COMPANY ANY TIME.

The owner of the company arrived on time at my residence. The professional asked a series of Operational Preventive Maintenance related questions. And to my surprise within 20 minutes the problem was discovered. If he had one part on hand it would have been fixed that day. He arrived on time the next day and repaired and explained in great understanding detail. This company has a great sense of attention to detail and over the top customer service. You will be pleasantly surprised. Overall ten stars.
