Excellent. Called first thing in the morning about a broken spring as requested and set up the time and came out and got everything fixed quickly. Asked about replacing the door since it's old and he said no - still had at least 5 years on it. Same thing about the opener. Could have told me both needed to be replaced but is a straight forwared honest guy.

Terry was great - he called before to verify the install date, got the job done on time, double-checked his adjustments, offered a warranty if anything went wrong, and pointed out how to maintain of the garage door. I would recommend him.

I had an extremely good experience with this company. Very friendly. The only reason for the 4 star is that there were screws etc left all over my garage when he left.
