I chose to work in this industry because Worked for a HVAC trade school for 4 yrs, took classes out of curiosity & loved it. I bought out boss and started again on my own. .I love working in Spokane County and surrounding areas because I am able to be surrounded by great people..We started in this industry in 1999.We describe our business as Up and coming

Is there family involvement with the business?: I am a single mother of three wonderful teenage boys. They are the world to me. They do their part; my eldest is schooling to be an electrician.

Clean the fans/ wanted to buy the glass cleaner, wanted to buy addtional glass and no response. NO check for carbon monoxide .

The guy that came to our place (I believe his name was Jessie) - was very helpful, courteous and efficient. He explained very well the status of our system, and what we should do in the future. A great representative for the company. He was also timely in his arrival (within 10 minutes of the time organised - delayed mainly due to me not answering the phone immediately!), and he phoned us with good notice to let us know he would be arriving. I would certainly use these guys again.

Very fast response time. Very knowledgeable and friendly technician. There the next day to "service" my furnace. The only thing I have a problem with is that I am a fairly handy person. When I spoke with the person setting up the appointment, I told them it was most likely the fan on the blower went out, or the "blower motor." So, I got to pay 100 dollars to have the technician come out and tell me my blower motor was out. Then find out that to replace it (even though it could not be done that day) was another 600 dollars. Just have a hard time in todays day and age having to pay 100 for someone to look and tell you what u already know!
