Deception by initial workers. When called to confront owners, had top company people out here immediately and corrected every complaint. No problem with the business just initially with some of their workers, which would be bad for elderly folks who don't or can't watch what was going on. After talking with owner, he resovleved all my complaints immediately. Would hire again to do AC when needed, but would still watch workers.
