They showed on time, did a great job, finished fas, took care of everythingt. I've rated quality 4.5 because city inspection requested some additional sealant on one of the pipes. They contacted immediately me to fix the problem.

Hi: It is a good idea to get two or three estimates. The price I paid may have been too high ($3338 for a top-of-the-line Lennox). But the sales was great and the service installation all a person could ask for. They know their business and treat customers well. Pat

The install went perfectly and the installer was very competent ... no mess, no fuss. Part of the purchase arrangement was a duct cleaning. The duct cleaners were finished in about 15 minutes. It was not a very thorough cleaning.
