They worked with me in terms of scheduling the install date, which had to be changed a few times due to other work being done. The team that installed the fence did a real nice job, my only issue with the concrete foundation for the posts... they were not going to put gravel at the bottom. But once I reminded them that was the way it was requested ... they brought gravel in without any problems.

The quality of the work was very good. The workers installed the fence in about 3 hours. The customer service was very good. They were willing to negotiate and came down on the price a little bit. However, I had to follow up a few times to schedule the appointment.

The fence was put in the wrong spot. The installers listened to where the neighbor wanted the fence instead of where the fence was supposed to be. I called & was offered a discount. I declined because I wanted the fence moved. I was told I would be called back regarding a solution. This was a Fri. On Sat. I came home in the late morning and found the fence moved. When I called on Mon. and asked how this was done, since I had turned off the outside water, which they needed for the cement. I was told that once again, they spoke with the neighbor to determine the line & they used his water. I wanted to be home for this & wasn't called.

We do apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you. When we have neighbors installing fences at the same time, we try to accommodate the needs of both parties. Unfortunately in this case both parties did not agree with the location of the fence between the two homes. Elizabeth is a very nice person and she has let her neighbor use her property for a very long time and she just wanted to reclaim a small portion of the her yard. We close down for winter and we wanted her to be happy and have her fence in the location she had requested. The second we knew we had made a mistake we sent the crew out the following morning.
