Quality and price were excellent. The project started and finished on-time. There was a "gap" in the middle of the work, but I'm guessing this happened because demolition went much faster than expected. The concrete was poured and finished on-time on the third day, and the forms were removed a few days later. The crew was considerate of the neighbors. It was a pleasure to deal with Alliant.

this change was presented to and approved of by the customer at the begining of the project.I did also call the customer to make good on the difference. she did not call me back.perhaps I'll try again.

I was impressed with Alliant Construction on many levels. The work that was done on my patio was fast, efficient, and top rate. Victor was courteous, professional, and eager to work within my schedule and budget. Additionally, the teamwork and camaraderie of Alliant's crew was inspiring! I look forward to utilizing Alliant Construction in the future!
