They could have just sold me an antenna that I really didn’t need and rushed off to another service call. Instead Daniel and Jennifer took the time to hear me, treating my TV signal reception problem like it was their problem too. They made the time to show me that signal strength is NOT the issue so that I’d be equipped with that information when I get the TV technician to look at my TV.
