Price was reasonable. Level of detail and understanding about the problem and their recommended solution was good. Installers took their time and ensured the repair was far superior to the original work of the builder. Would recommend.

The crew that came out (Mike & Jim) were able to come earlier than scheduled, and worked quickly to clean out the chimney. My only complaint is the 1st appointment was pushed back, then cancelled, and it took another week to get scheduled in again.

We needed our chimney relined. Alliance came out for a quote. I found them to be very professional, honest and did quality work. He took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many) and did the work quickly and very well. I would certainly recommend them to a friend.
