They were very friendly and professional but the carpets were not cleaned well at all they were still very dirty. Actually had to have another company come in and clean the carpets again.

Rick was great! Very helpful in cleaning my dryer duct. Even took off his shoes before coming into the house! Job was done in fifteen mins or so and dryer works great. Thanks Alliance Carpet Service and thanks to ServiceMagic for the recomendation!

Alliance Carpet Cleaning did a TERRIBLE job repairing the grout in my shower. First of all they didn't use any grout, they filled in the areas with a colored silicone and the silicone was the wrong color. The lines were wide and rough, my shower now looks like something you expect to see in a CHEAP motel, they have no idea whatsoever about grout repair, even though they claim they do. I called and complained a week ago and still havent received a return call.

Customer approved job on signed Invoice and paid with a check. Check bounced, customer is trying to get out of paying for job.
