After picking up piece, didn't call back. When I called, he had forgotten where he'd got it from. Set up appointment to repair and he didn't show up. When finally got in touch w/him, he said he got tied up and was "too tired" to call me me. What??? I waited 5 hours waiting for him. When he finally did fix he was rude, sloppy, and put piece on wrong. I had to tell (and show) him it wasn't level. After done he charged me $79...he had told me would be around $25. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AMATEUR!!!!!!!  See All Ratings
