They came last minute to accomodate my schedule. Did good work, Only issue is the quote I received was $875 but was charged $900.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We paid more that top dollar. We paid all along as they required until there was only a negligible amount left to pay. We were left with a leaky plumbing valve, a broken refrigerator which the plumber had moved, a fan so loud it sounds like a plane is about to hit our house. a sink that goes plunk about 15 times after every use, and an ustained saddle and wood strip for room transitions. We sat many days waiting for employees to come, during which they did not come. Many excuses but basically the work did not not done in a timely and professional manner. Requested invoice with all expenses and payments not received.

Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
Alleva did an excellent job at repairing my sidewalk. In fact, just before they finished the work, a neighbor stopped by and commented to me on how well a job they were doing. Once they started the work, it was evident that more work needed to be done, particularly on my stairs, which, if not repaired, would at some point, have caved in. The assessor who came to price the job was very polite and professional, and I would highly recommend the company. If I need more work done on my property, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.

After service magic notified Alleva there was a miss communication problem on the job start date. The job has been compleated quickly and in a professional manor. I am completly satisfied with their work and the project manager, Mike and would use the company again.
