Jim is a very nice man and a competent Assessor. He did the test collecting of samples and sent them to a lab. His report of the results was emailed to me and also sent me a hard copy report in the mail. It was very thorough and well presented. He also recommended to me Victor Cervantes, who did the clean-up and repairs in a very professional manner. I would definately recommend Jim to any customers.

Jim was very knowledgeable, answered every question we had. He went above and beyond to help us remedy our mold problem. His mold report was extensive and professional, yet easy enough to understand for the common person. He is the one to call if you want honesty an things done right! I highly recommend!!

Jim Kingsrud was very friendly and informative from his initial telephone call to the time that he supplied the final report. He was very thorough during his inspection and testing process. His pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Kingsrud and his company to anyone who might need his services.
