Customer wanted something for nothing. He put his request in on a tue, we measured on wed and gave quote with a detailed report of what we would do on the same day. This customer emailed me back wanting a bigger price discount and i told him i gave him the best price i could do. Customer was made i didn't give the carpet for a bigger discount. We were making a total of 125.00 profit on the entire job (which would require two trips). I am very sorry but i can not work for free, i give very fair prices and great customer service. (i believe this customer went with another contractor and it cost him more money than my quote)

Paul Allen did a tremendous job all around and I would recommend him to anyone.

Very pleased with Paul and will use him again

Although Paul is usually on the job, he had a family emergency which kept him away. The carpet layers came late and rushed to finish the job.so that cleanup was not as thorough as I would have wished. Although the carpet looks nice, I feel that the entire process would have gone smoother if Paul were on the job with his workers.

Hardwood floor installed, old flooring removed and all done in one day at a very reasonable price.
