These guys were great. They were friendly and prompt. They just werent that great at picking up after themselves.

All Year Roofing was great. I dealt with Dennis the entire time. He returned my calls promtly. All the work was done properly. There was one issue with the paint used for the chimney. But once I pointed it out to Dennis, he sent someone the next day to correct the paint color.

Dennis had a great intro and talked about everything that we needed to know to replace our roof. His estimate was the best out of all parties.

Dennis Harrison called within 2 minutes of my request. We set the appointment and the estimate was done. He took pictures of damage on the roof to show to me and my wife. He was very professional an well informed. The crew ht replaced the roof was very good and did a wonderful job. We are very greatful that Dennis and Allyear responded to our request. Will recommend to others who need roof work done.

WARNING! PLEASE READ THROUGH. All Year Roofing did an exceptional job on the roof. I rate them A+ on the job they did, and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. My WARNING to all is to please check or get someone to check your gas lines in your attick before they start roofing. My builder did such a poor job of building my house and ran gas lines right up against the decking. When the roofers shoot nails through, it puctured the gas flex hose, and my A/C line. This is very dangerous. We were lucky we didnt get seriously hurt or die from it. Thanks to my wife's keen sense of smell. $761.39 to fix gas and A/C.

Builders seem to be getting cheaper and lazier these days. Gas lines should never be ran against the decking of the roof. That is not even close to being to code. Its almost impossible for homeowners/hired workers to be aware of any falty installations within the attic especialy if you have had any insulation products installed hiding any incorectly installed lines. There should absolutly be a higher standard set in place for all inspectors who are passing homes off as safe and to code. Home Inspectors do your job! Peoples lives depend on it.

The crew worked hard and the job was finished in two days. They took care of all trash from the project. My house looks great.

Dennis Harrison was very prompt in contacting us and gave us a good price. The foreman was not on the job as promised so communication with the crews was limited. Overall they did a good job. The 10 year warranty has a maintenance fee after two years so you might ask about that. You do have a free 2 year warranty.

Our 10 year written labor workmanship warranties are guaranteed to cover any and all problems caused as a direct result of the installation itself free of charge. Labor warranty's do not cover a regular maintenance of the roof system itself. It is ultimately the responsibility of the home owner to schedule a yearly maintenance to ensure the longevity of there roof system. All labor warranty's are free of charge through out the warranty period stipulated in the warranty itself. Warranty's can be confusing. Please read them carefully.

Dennis was great to work with. We had no experience filing an insurance claim and he was very helpful with the process. Can't wait to see the final product.
