We received service for our GE Profile Refrigerator within less than an hour of talking to Manni on the phone. Professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Turns out the "motherboard" on our refrigerator had fried. The appliance was up and running again within an hour. We are very grateful for the quick turnaround!

Maani called me the same day that I put in my request for service, and kept an appointment with us the next day. We got a quick answer to our question: he took a look at our washing machine and advised us to buy a new one. It was worth paying what seems to me to be a fair fee for the service call, as discussed up front. We will definitely call Maani the next time we have a problem with an appliance.
