Paul and Mike were fair and honest about the estimate, stayed within budget, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't leave me a mess to clean up. They were extremely nice to work with and made this job easy on me. They exceeded my expectations by far.

Was able to get the job done promptly at a reasonable cost. The work seems well done and the workers involved were able to explain their work clearly and without false pressure. Paul was responsible about answering the phone/email and returning messages as well.

When I submitted my request for work to be done, Paul got back to me the same day. He was courteous and explained what the entire procedure and the cost would be. The men that worked for Paul were also courteous, thorough and the floors were done in a timely manner. The 2 bedroom floors were the worst in the house. Now, because of Paul and his installers Mark and Matthew, they look like showroom floors. I can't wait to have them do the rest of the house. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Linda
