All Water Works

A++ all the way, and Friendly, too!

We had used All Water Works two years ago. The rates were very reasonably and the work quality was superior. So, when the algae problem came up again; we called All Water Works. Chris was helpful in resolving our pool algae problem. We were so pleased with Chris work that we decided to have All Water Works maintain our pool on a monthly base. Thanks Chris!

Very professional and still friendly. I would hire him again. He knows his work. He explains what needs to be done to correct the problem. You have no surprises.

Overall the work was good. But when we went for a licensed agent from servicemagic, we thought we would get a little extra. We wanted our pool acid washed and then do the sanding. There was some damage because of the time the algae built up in the pool when this house was being redone. After the work was completed, there were a lot of brown spots still in the pool, which the agent said was algae deposits or remains that would go away with time (probably after a few months of treatment). I wish I had heard something better. like I said, I am not giving the agent 5 *s only because he did not do the little extra to get it completely cleaned.

Unfortunately the plaster had been damaged with stains deep into it, due to algae building up for months, although sanding was done after acid wash we could not sand any deeper into the stains to prevent plaster damage. I wish stains would have come out but i had to make the decision to stop grinding plaster to prevent plaster from cracking and leaving customer with a bigger problem than a stain.
