Marc was great to work with. He arrived on time; he explained what he was doing every step of the way. He went over his findings thoroughly. Marc emailed copies of his reports along with detailed photo's. Marc was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Marc to friends. Great Job!

I would not recommend this company. He missed a lot of items in the inspection. He also emailed me to see if we were closing so he could get a refund on his insurance policy that cost him $17. I called him 4 times before and after closing and he never called me back. Stay away from this company!!!

After 31 years being All Tropic, I have found there can be clients that do understand systems & items can fail at any time after the inspection, the responsibility of home ownership rests solely on the owner, not the inspector. There was only 1 phone call that I returned with no response. In nearly 7 years with Service Magic, all my reviews speak for themselves as to my honest, caring, thoughtful and accurate services.

Great overall impression. Marc cared about my situation& wasn't there just to make a buck. He explained everything prior to doing it, and even called the next day to help explain the results from the mold report that was sent over to my email.

Marc conducted a thorough and very detailed report on the condition of the home that my wife and I will be buying. Not only were we impressed with his work product, but his ability to explain things in simple terms, and provide detailed photos will make it easy to get the deficiencies fixed and working properly. We were pleased with his comment that the house had strong bones. It made us feel that we are making a good sound investment on where we want to permanently live. Marc did a dedicated and professional job. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs and wants a full comprehensive inspection report.
