Project: Install or Replace Ductwork
Unprofessional. the owner and his worker argued. the owner bad-mouth the worker and visa versa. plans were sent to the owner prior to work beginning and work was to pass inspection. owner failed to have proper vent put in per code clearance and then claimed I added a wall (interestingly, he cut the air intake to accommodate the register and the wall). we he came back to put the "B" vent in, he want to charge extra for labor and for parts. the unit was put in properly, however, he advised his worker to put in PVC air intake and exhaust under an I-beam near a stair that would not have met code clearances;that led to another disagreement.

Attorney, triing to ba a contractor. We are the only company that were willing to take the job on. Constant change in schedule with this customer. Our job passed inspection firt time. Hope she is a better lawer?

Project: Install or Replace a Swamp Cooler
I was surprised to learn how much a swamp cooler installation would cost, but the estimate from All Trades was on the lower end. I feel they did a good job, installing one main vent with duct work to two separate bedrooms. They worked around any obstacles my old home presented. The unit is working well and I am happy to have a cool home for the summer.
