Josh and his partner showed up on time and took very good care of every item, wrapping every item in blankets and shrink wrapping each one. Only surprise was paying cash for delivery to storage unit but I understood. I am hiring them again this week for move from storage to new home.

These guys did a great job moving our belongings. They took great care when moving furniture and manuevering around walls and doors. I am very pleased with their performance.

Felt like it was a bait and switch price...orginally quoted a fixed price...but when I asked them to lower their price they changed to another price...which cost me much more my price went from $595 to $795 and when I complained at the end they refused to leave the house until I paid the higher price even to the point of waiting until my credit card cleared. The movers themselves were over 2 hours late, but did their job, as for a true time count I believe they stopped for sandwiches on the way increasing my cost. Would I use them again...no...if you do get it in very clear writing what is the cost.

Here at All-Tex we offer an hourly price or a guaranteed price by list of items. This customer went with the guaranteed price which is honored only if the list submitted to us doesn't change and/or the destination doesn't change. If either one changes the price changes. We inform our customers completely of our pricing and have nothing to hide.

Our movers always work in an efficient manner, when a customer is not completely ready to be moved on their scheduled move date it does put some hurdles on our job effort, but we always get the job done. Every customer knows what our hourly rate is before we even book their move.

I thought it strange that a third person was there to drive the truck and "supervise". The two young men who wrapped and moved the furniture were very careful and polite. The younger one did not like small dogs and repeatedly made disparaging comments about her (she was never where he had to have any dealings with her - in the car or back yard at all times). I chalked it up to his young age. I was told I would receive a confirmation call 48 hours before the move. That did not happen. 24 hours before, I called to confirm, and the person that answered seemed to have trouble finding my reservation. A little disconcerting. But they showed up when they said they would and did a nice job.

The guys worked efficiently and quickly and our small move was completed in less than three hours.
