I'm still waiting for gutter work. Weather has been a factor. Windows are due to be installed Dec. 22. They were prompt in calling me and very professional so far.

We had a couple minor issues that were worked out concerning the decks. The cement work is a whole different story, which we are currently working on a fair solution for both the contractor and myself.

We had planned to replace our wood porch and steps with a composite material. The products shown to us were just prefect, and looked better than what we had planned. We also went with new railing and lattice work for the areas between the porch and ground. The added joists under our porch give it that solid feel. The job turned out great. Now we not only enjoy our porch, and the new look, but also never have to paint it.

The deck builder were average. Did not go above and beyond without being asked. Once asked however, they did comply. All State was a good contractor and followed up on my concerns

The professionalism and craftsmanship was very appreciated...The salesperson (Gregg) was able to capture the design idea and even suggested an added feature...They built my Mom her "dream" deck...The follow up after the project was also commendable...I would highly recommend ALL STATE!!!

Very poor communication. Showed up for the job with out telling me the starting date. Promised to be on the job every day and then went on vacation so several details are still not completed correctly. Had a long talk with Steven and now I have not heard back from him fro a week - job still not completed.

Client gave a specific start date, we started on that date.True, we did not call the night before, but we agreed to start on that day earlier. As for going on vacation, we had a family vacation planned for 6 months, the client was given the choice of waiting until we returned or starting while we were out of town. He chose to start immediately. Work is complete and client is completely satisfied.

The company was very professional and personable. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the industry. They worked with us to give us the best price. Always receptive to our needs and fast workers. When my windows were installed, I would have never known there was a work crew in my home because everything had been cleaned and put back the way they found it. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends.
