I had scheduled a different roofer to come out but they kept delaying, I had a leak and I needed it taken care of. I came on to Service Magic and that same day Francis Roofing came out and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I will use them again if need be.

i might have even rated them too low.they had been trying to come to my house for a while but the weather kept interfering (as well as a busy schedule) and other customers in front of me. it was getting a little desperate for me with having a damp living room rug and a bucket catching drips. finally, the weather cleared for one cold day. boom! they were there. very courteous. they attacked the old roof. stripping off the 2 existing roofs, repairing the rotted wood areas, putting down felt (had not been any in the past), hand nailing the new roof, cleaning up after themselves (better than it was before they came) and finishing. all in one day

It was a bit difficult to get on schedule but once they did, they seemed to finish quickly.
