I was so impressed by Kirk's prompt reply to my inquiry about cleaning the filthy tile at our rental house. He was well prepared to explain how his process worked, including before and after pictures of his work. His estimate was very fair. I am so happy to have found All Star Floors and More! I will use them again!

Kirk is the best! Complete my shower grout project and will be returning to do two more projects. Restore on the front steps and clean the kitchen and dining grout when the remodel is completed!

I really like working with Kirk he was very nice and did an excellent job! He communicated throughout the project. Rating I gave for the "value of money" was because his bids was the same as the other people. I hired Kirk instead because I ask him about cleaning other flooring in the house and he was honest and told me that he only specialized in natural stone or stone flooring and said he let the carpet people do that business because that's what they are good at. I ask him like I did with all the other prospects to explain to me the process and his answer told me that he knows what he's talking about. He's very well to work with!
