The problem is not the quality, its getting the job finished. Deck was suppose to be finished a week ago and is still not done. One of the two workers showed up Friday after I had to call him. He said it would be finished that day, worked for a few hours, then left with the job still not done. I have talked to my attorney and they will be given until the end of the week and if the job is not done, they will be told to leave and a law suit will be filed.

the reason the job wasn't completed the timeline was because all the materials to build the composite deck was all special order stuff and the company didn't send me what i needed to finish and i had to order more material. which takes at least 3 days to come in. that's why it took a few more days.

Didn,t do a professional job . Cermic tile uneven. Didn't finish job. Wouldn't return call when I tried to call about job not finished.

My business partner i had at the time didnt handle this customer very well, witch resulted in a negative review. He is no longer with my company and im doing everything in my power to get my reviews back up.

I had to make an offical complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau for them to come out and complete the job. They ignored my phone calls and messages multiple times. They finally completed the job and the job itself came out good, but the customer service I got was pitiful. I would not recommend this company.

after the screened -in porch job was almost done they realized the screen was not tight enough and went back and took it all off and re-tightened it all! I was very pleased.

Quality work at a fair price. Mark listened and explained all details. Will call on Mark, Tony and Adam again.

These guys were very personable and seemed to be a very good company to do business with. They were to repair my roof. TFinished in about an hour. I thought the leaks were fixed but next time it rained I still had leaks. They came back to fix it again. It didn't rain hards for several weeks. They also did a lot of other work for me but left before it was completely finished. Just a few ods and ends that needed to be fixed. To make a long story short, my roof still leaks. They called several times and said they would be back. That was over a month ago and I haven't seen or heard from them since and my roof is still leaking.

They were not pro. They asset the job and then put a price on the job. Then when they started the job the were upset because they under bid them self so they did a half way job just so they say they did the job. I would not use them any more as tell any one that i use them. I am the wife and i am fifty six years old and the job was done as if i myself did it and i no nothing about how to do it they had a bad attitude we paid them what they said the job would cost and to me they did a very poor job and didn't finish it. I came home from and faxed them ans told them they didn't have to come back i was very dissatisfied with their work .

Unfortunately the customer on this comment didn't head to our advice about their foundation and floor joist being rotted and advised us to cover it up and is now saying the job was not finished. We did offer to come back out free of charge and fix the foundation to make the customer happy but was denied by the customer

A& A Remodeling did a great job for me! I will be calling them back for other projects

I had quite a lot of remodeling done inside my mobile home after damage from having it leveled. Adam's workmanship exceeded my expectations and now the inside looks like a house. He was very considerate and did everything I asked without question and had very good suggestions. He didn't seem to mind my endless questions about what he was doing. He also built a front porch for me and it looks really good. Very good job. I would recomend him to anyone as he does a good job for a fair price. I will be calling him again for future projects. I am extremely satisfied.
