Josh and Derek arrived on time and made fast work of my two rooms. With 4 children and a dog in the house the carpets were a mess. After they left and the carpets dried they looked great !!!

Excellent job, very professional and thorough. Already hired them for another job, which was also well done and completed on time.

The 2 gentleman ( Josh & Brandon) who serviced my heating ducts were total professionals in all aspects. Polite...efficient...a job very well done. I highly recommend All Star Cleanings.

The guys were great and took extra time to scrub several stains out of my upholstery. My couches and chairs look better than I could have expected.

Perhaps they do a better job @ cleaning carpets than duct work. Initial visit took 40 minutes (had been told cleanings could take 2-3 hrs). Was told the duct work was already pretty clean. A 2nd visit was required because the nicotine residue & odor remained in ducts. Was told at 2nd visit to rent an air cleaner from local rental place to help neutralize odors, if they persisted. Was overcharged by $300 (luckily noticed $$$ difference between quote/invoice and bank statement). Never received a satisfactory explanation from company re: this overcharge, so am now disputing difference with credit card company.

Upon ariving at the home and performing an inspection we were able to determine that the air vents were not very dirty at all but she still insisted they be cleaned anyhow. We informed the customer of the fact that it is simply not possible to hand wash the insides of the air ducta to remove residue. upon giving me information on the phone i was told there we around 30 vents, when arriving there were only 11, so with there being a drastic difference in the number of vents, yes it took much less time than the. The "overcharge" was actually only an authorization and the customer was infact charged the correct $200 fee for the services rendered.
