Rating: Project: Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home My experience with All-Star Chem-Dry was abysmal.  The technician showed up with an attitude that really shocked me.  He was rude, derisive and sarcastic to me.  He was not… Read Complete Rating My experience with All-Star Chem-Dry was abysmal.  The technician showed up with an attitude that really shocked me.  He was rude, derisive and sarcastic to me.  He was not prepared with the necessary tarp to put under my area rugs to protect my hardwood floors.  He acted with total disdain of the job he had to do.  When I mentioned that "good customer service goes a long way to getting repeat business," he merely looked at me with scorn.  I finally said, "Well, you don't have to do this if you don't want to," he replied, "Well, that's up to you."  At which point I replied, "I don't want you to do this.  Please leave."
