they installed the new burner & hot water reservoir a week ago. There's a smell like Jurgen's lotion & a chalky residue on everything washed in hot water: clothes, dishes, hair, skin, etc. which I'm told should dissipate soon. I'll let you know. I also referred them to a neighbor with a hot water heat leak. They fixed it very well & replaced her heater BUT they didn't help at all with the cleanup of the water from the previous heater

Very professional and considerate of my needs. Would rate them 6 if there were more stars. They were promptly on time, excellent clean up after the job was complete and had a wonderful customer service department
