Bob Sutherland, the principal partner, has been in the service industry for 33 years. Our services include, complete lawn care and landscaping. Hardscaping,concreteand masonary services. Our licensed construction division can bring your projects out of the ground or simply remodel an existing home. Our cleaning division can provide daily or periodic janitorial services. All-Serve also provides expert carpet and floor care.

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
All Serve Property Maintenance was great. Bob was responsive and prompt, and our driveway, walkway, and steps look wonderful. They also worked patiently with my town’s strict permit filing. I would highly recommend All Serve Property Maintenance to anyone in the future.

Great workmanship, Beutifull Brick Work. The job was done as it was promised. Rob gave us straight answers on how things could be done and it was a reasonable price. Communication was very good especially while given the run around by suppliers for the Windows. Rob and his crew handled everything professionally.

Work is back on track and should be completed soon. The communication between All-Serve and I is a 100% better and work is progressing. When all work has been completed I will give a finale review and rating.

We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and personal interest that the All Serve team gave to our project. The project involved a 1920 house that always serves up surprises - and not in a good way - so the unexpected was not just one set of concrete steps had to be removed but 3 sets and no footing under any of them. The cost of the project had to be adjusted up to cover the extra labor and materials involved - yet the cost increase was more than fair and we love the finished steps.

Excellent and prompt service!! Bob was a true professional throughout the entire process. He quickly returns calls and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and on time. His honesty should also be noted. I was under pressure to get this work done and Bob was aware of that fact and still didn't overcharge me. Thanks Again!

We had a deadline finish date and the deck project was completed on time. We are also very pleased with the workmanship, clean-up, and the professionalism of Rob and crew. We hope tro work with All Serve on another project in the near future.

I am VERY pleased with our experience with Bob and All-Serve. We were dealing with a very short time line (due to a last minute decision on our part) and Bob was able to install two Flo-Well cisterns, re-concrete, grade the backyard, install sod, remove a couple of unwanted shrubs, and clean up the left over leaves from fall/winter, and it looks WONDERFUL! To top it all off, his pricing is very competitive! I have already recommended him to two friends from work.
