WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL....HAD APPOINTMENT SET UP TO INSTALL. COMPANY CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER BUT DID NOT CALL TO INFORM ME. l HAD TO CALL THEM.
MINOR COMMUNICATION ISSUE...OVERALL JOB WELL DONE.
WOULD CONTRACT WITH THEM AGAIN.

ALL SEASON CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE ON THE WORK THEIR GOING TO DO. THEY SHOULD BE OUT WITHIN A WEEK TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

Took 2 months for them to come and do the reapair work, first guy did a decent job but broke 1 window,called them and came back right away to measure for new glass ,said it would take about a week to get, a little over a month later I get a call saying my glass came in, they installed it while I was not there , said they were ahead of schedule and the job was not up to par, gaps around the stops and freshly painted sills were all torn up, had to recaulk and repaint the whole window, witch I had just paid to have professionally done, check into all options before you settle on a contractor

Initelly, he gave us very low estimate. So we did not goto other repair person. Thought must be good since it is reffer by Service Magic. But after they started to work on they say you have this wrong / that wrong and his estimete got double. Insted of repairing I would be batter off installing new window, Also, job was not done right eather. Please do not refere this company to anyone.

Nice people to work with. They worked on 3 windows for repair, 2 were picture window and one encasement. On one encasement window, they tried the second time to fix it but id did not help :-( It is VERY hard to close and open the window lock. Because we do not use that window much, I gave up. Also, they placed a reasonable effort to fix it but perhaps they did something wrong from the beginning. My next step was to reject the work and they had to start over and they would lose mony on me. because they were nice people and I did not use that window much, I let it go. Update/ Oct 20th SP came and fixed problem and rating is revered to relfect resolution.
