Deano was very nice and his apprentice did a great job of double cleaning many areas even after Deano went over them once. They were very nice and courteous. Deano called ahead and verified his appointment and they showed up in their appointment window. Even though I had most of the furniture off of the carpet, they still moved the couch and big chair around when needed. They got almost everything up, too! One room had bad paint stains from the previous owner's kids' painting projects, and another room had some oily stains that didn't come up with over-the-counter cleaners. Deano charged me extra for an enzyme cleaner, but it was worth it!!!!

They were very professional, courteous, prompt and friendly, however, the job they had was a challenge.  The outcome was not as good as hoped, but better than expected.  I also thought the price for what they did was a bit high in that they only were there about 1/2 hour and basically wiped down a leather couch with a professional strength cleaner.
