they were very flexible about scheduling my project around some prep work i had to do for it without putting me to the end of the list.  derald had fabulous construction and finish skills and built a beautiful 2 level deck for me to my rather quirky requirements, plus he was fun to chat with.  ken, the superviser,  came over as soon as it was done to make sure i was happy.  they were the best contractors i've worked with yet with a high level of professionalism.
