Enzo was great but his assistant left debris from the wall he cut into, on the ground on the side of my house 3 feet from my garbage receptacles.

Nice honest clean working people. Very patient in making sure the leak was fixed.

All Pro did not complete the original job then stated that they did not agree to do paperwork for Con Edison to inspect All Pro's work on the gas pipes. After All Pro was paid, Gerald became hostile and agitated because I asked him to complete paperwork to present to Con Edison and be at my residence for the Con Edison inspection; then, Gerald asked for $ 275.00 to do the paperwork because this part of the job was not included in the contract, I said I'll pay because gas is dangerous and I have a child in the house, I have not heard from him since. I am totally dissatified with the service you provided. Where do I go from here.

Emergency call on a Saturday for a continuously flushing toilet. Enzo was knowledgeable and professional. Problem took less than five minutes to fix and didn't require a new part. We would call All Pro again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Horrible, this guy just came over to my house to tell me he could not do anything with my boiler, but still charged for the service call.

Arrived on job site in a timely manner. Boiler to be serviced was found to be improperly installed by unlicensed professional. Boiler needed to be reinstalled properly by licensed plumber. Willing to work with the client.
