Our business relies on referrals, which means we put an emphasis on making you happy — with us, the process, and your final product. All-Pro is a division of Topnotch Construction Inc., a front-range residential construction company established in 1998. We are based out of Lyons, Colorado, and serve Boulder County and surrounding areas. All-Pro Decking was founded by Ray McLees, a 20-year resident of the Boulder County area. Ray started as a carpenter in 1991, launched his first company in 1993, and became a general contractor in 2003.
