Project: Build an Addition
If there was a neg. star, we would rate company NEGATIVE. Contractor changed orig plan w/o permission from owners. He didn't inform anyone of change till the city inspector noticed. He didn't want to pay for plan revisions/plan check fees and owners had to pay even if these were his legal liabilities by virtue of his actions. He didn't participate in revising new plans & sent only his foreman. He took away porch & columns in front entry as designed in orig plan. Owners want these back but contractor wants more $$ to undo his unpermitted work. In violation of contract and he's in denial. Pd over 72% of tot cost; project far from done! BEWARE!

Project: Build an Addition
They are the best contractor I have ever worked with. They are professional and they stuck to the contract. The work was done quickly and they kept everything clean as they went. I can't say enough good things about them.
