The service repairman that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He determined that our board was out on the dishwasher and it would cost more to replace the part than it would be to buy a new dishwasher. We greatly appreciated being told this up front, and we paid the service charge for him coming out and bought a new dishwasher. When the new dishwasher was delivered and the old one was removed it was determined that the electrical box under the dishwasher had sparked a fire, which probably led to the dishwasher frying. The tech that came out did not catch this, which greatly concerned the tech installing our new dishwasher.

They came and assessed the situation, quickly identified the problem and came back the next day to install the ice maker. They did what they said they would and follow up was great!
