MIchael, came out and was very polite. We went over the job and I handed him a detailed print out of the job. MIchaels prep crew came out and the complaining about how much they were getting paid started. The next phase was the individuals who resurface the pool. They left the yard trashed, they threw concrete mix on landscape lights, the spa bottom was drilled poorly and looks aweful and in addition someone defacated in one of my work pails (which they left at my house). I have asked Michael-the owner to please arrange to fix my spa and he has not responded.
