Sid did a great job. I don't have a lot of experience with home inspectors but he was very professional and I thought his service was great. It took about 3.5 hours, he was very thorough and the report he gave us after listed everything he found, big or small. Thanks again, Sid.

Sid was very familiar with inspecting a vacant property in the freezing winter. When the water did not run right when he was advised the water had been turned on by the city, he didn't drop the subject. He came out another day (with, unfortunately, an additional charge) once the water truely was on and discovered that running the water caused a pipe to burst. If he had not persisted, and just assumed all should be ok, the damage would not have occured until AFTER our purchase. Thank you Sid for your thoroughness.
