Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - For Business
This company came out with in an hour of the intial call. They also worked on the new year holiday so that we would have heat. They are #1 in our book.

Recieved three different estimates and chose All Phase Mechanical. They helped make the selection of the proper replacement size and make. All commitments were met in a timely and professional way.

We had a new furnace installed. These guys were great! Buddy negotiated a really fair deal on price and Steve and his guys did a great job on the installaation. The job was extra difficult because they were replacing a 40 year old boiler and the connections and fittings to the new, much smaller unit all had to be remade. They spent an extra day on the job as a result but didn't charge me anything extra (I voluntarily paid them a bonus when it was done). The system is working great a month later and our home is back to being warm and toasty! Jeff C

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
In general they did a good job. But it took them twice longer than the initial estimate was. I had to repeat the same thing several times for them to actually do it. They "kept forgetting" to send me the AC rebate package. In the end they cleaned everything very well, did everything they promised and I was able to mail the packages for the rebate.

We did not give a time for the work completion so thats wrong? And the rebate papers are something we work together with customer to do (so both parties work together) and again we never had a time table for paper work so all in all we did a lot of extra things to keep this customer 100% satisfied but we fell short.. Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
I would recommend this company to everyone. They are quick, effecient, and easy to work with. The minute "Buddy" walked into my home I was impressed with his explaination of what I needed, what brands he had in mind, and how long this process would take. It took three days for the AC unit to arrive at the warehouse. Buddy called me at 5:30 on a Wendsday evening saying he had the unit and was at my home by 7 AM the next morning to install. He took my old unit off the property (they don't all do that) and completely cleaned up all packaging, etc. When I came home from work my house was cool, and my yard was clean. All Phases "Rocks"

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Installing Central AC in my old Cape was a real challenge. There were a couple of initial problems, but fast response and remedy. Works just fine and the price was right.
