Joseph was quick to contact me and send the salesman to give us a quote. James and his crew did an excellent job removing the furniture, carpet and refinishing the floors. However, we have spots that were not fixed and are getting darker every day. Had a problem with a threshhold that finally got resolved. We were promised a cleaning kit, but the salesman Troy keeps rescheduling the appointment. My recommendation to anyone who contracts with All Nations Floors is to not pay the balance until you are completely satisfied.

The $50.00 cleaning kit was a gesture from All Nations Floors for how nice the customers were, because it was a complimentary gift there was a misunderstanding about dropping the kit off. After meeting with the customer and explaining there is no guarantee that pet urine stains can be completely sanded out, everyone was pleased and they were very thankful for their gift/cleaning kit. The entire installation was smoothly and efficiently done . The installers arrived on time and worked smoothly and professionally. They were courteous and answeres any questions I had re. the installation or subsequent floor care. Good experience for me.

we had a terrible experience with all nation floors.The owner Joseph was rude and overbearing.His equipment was defective and his employees disgruntled.He yelled at us when we questioned him and caused a scene on our deck.His work was mediocre and we got nothing that he promised.

All Nations Floors took a 100 year old floor and turned it to a beautiful floor. The owner Joseph personally checked and inspects every job during the process. This customer was rude and abusive towards Joseph and didn't want to hear any professional opinions about the drying process of the floor. Joseph the owner went on a Sunday to finish the job. Due to the humidity, the floor did not dry in the time that would in dry weather. The customer wanated us to finish the job and we at All Nations Floors refuse to cut oorners and do something wrong for the customer. Joseph and All Nations are committed to serve kindly and professionally.

Two workers showed up on Wednesday Oct 5th, ready to start working. As a client, I really do not like seeing boxers, and having to pull your pants up every five minutes. Some sort of uniform, or dress code should be in place.Then they had lots of problems with the equipment. (burnt out plug) and then i guess, the sander broke. So really nothing was done till the afternoon hours. Plus now we only had one worker. The job was not complete until friday afternoon, when the worker showed up at four-thirty in the afternoon. I asked the sales/designer clerk about the "threshhold" piece of wood that was not sanded or polyed. Never received a call back

We appreciate and take very seriously all our customers comments. All Nations has now made it our policy to have our installer wear uniforms to work and to wear them properly. Regarding tools: All Nations uses state of state of the art tools, but these tools also get broken sometimes. We always have extra tools to continue the job in a timely manner. We would like to thank the customer for their insightful comments which has made All Nations Floors a better company.

The floors were in terrible shape. A older home we purchased, with carpet over hardwood floors, with cats and rabbie having the run of the house. We were not sure they were even savagable, but after James finished they looked as good as new! Thanks!

Friendly and prompt. They did the work quickly and well.

The hardwood flooring and tile installation was excellant and the price was reasonable. The finishing work (toe and quarter round molding) was not the greatest since small pieces of the molding have since come out. I would recommend them because they were neat and pleasant, but you do need to check the final finishing details.

Floors are beautiful. We were very pleased with the work and time spent refurbishing our Southern Pine floors. Clean up was also done well. We would definitely recommend All Nations Floors again.

Joseph was very professional and easy to talk to. I had just come out of a bad experience with a class A contractor so i was very leary to enter into a contract with another company. I explained my situation to Joseph and he was very understanding and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and in a timely manner.
