Service person came somewhat late. He was knowledgeable and the job took 4 hours. The service person did not thoroughly clean the job site.

They showed up on time and re-checked their work when they were done. They did an excellent job! I would definitely use their services again.

All Mechanical represents a consumer's worst fears about hiring a plumber in New York City. I hired them to fix a small gas leak in my header early in the morning on New Year's Eve, a job so small that NationalGrid did not turn off the gas. Stu, the plumber, appeared to be a decent professional. At 2 that afternoon we realized that Stu had shut off the heat from the boiler. I called All Mechanical and spoke to the "owner." He rudely refused to help, listen or contact Stu and, when I explained that we couldn't go 3 days without heat, hung up on me. Three hours and $100 later, another company came and instantly re-set the pilot. NEVER again.

That is just one persons opinion about our company, when you call and can't decide if you want the company to come out or not. Lighting the pilot yes was an oversight but i think this person dramatized what they said about the owner hanging up the phone.

Prompt and knowledgeable

Mr. Sloan and his assistant are very professional. He fixed our shower value, radiator and changed the value for our outdoor faucet. The price is reasonable and he is the only plumber we will use from now on!

The survey was prompt, professional, and straight to the point. Gerry provided a written proposal before leaving. Turn-around time from survey to deposit/contract and finally installation was great. The installers kept things as clean as you can when plaster and brick is involved; they placed drop cloths, etc. The installation looks pretty good, and my new ductless A/C is quietly (and efficiently) keeping me cool. I'm very happy with the unit Gerry recommended, and I appreciate the written contract and five-year warranty.
