Project: Clean Carpets or Rugs in a Home
The two gentlemen that came out were very nice and looked at the areas we needed cleaned, we were concerned in particular with pet stains and had to pay extra for them to treat these. They came in and did the job very quick and did a great job. The only issue we have is they sheduled the appointment for Friday afternoon, but as it got close to the time they were to arrive they said they could not make it due to the job they were on, so we had to reschedule for Monday, this would have been allright, but we moved our living room and dining room furniture to other areas of the house, this was a little inconvenient for the weekend.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we were trying to give you same day service on a day we were booked solid. We are always trying our best to accommodate everyone and sometimes bite off a bit more than we can chew. Another concern is that pet stains require really deep cleaning and the drying time is a bit longer too, so we try to avoid cleaning to late in the day if we can help it.
