All Jersey Home Inspection is a owner operated company. When you hire me you are getting an experienced professional. I have been involved in the construction, maintenance, and inspection of homes for over twenty years. I encourage my clients to participate in the home inspection so I can; inform them on the importance of regular home maintenance, where the homes major components are located, and to ask any questions they may have. We will also discuss any problems that are discovered and recommend a course of action. You will receive your home inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. The report will include; digital pictures of major defects, age and typical life expectancies of major components, maintenance tips, and a summary of items that are in need of repair or replacement. You and your attorney will appreciate the clarity of my report.

I'm a 1st time home buyer and I did not know to much about home inspections. but what I saw on TV, Joseph explain everything in detail for me. And I ask so many questions, I really wanted to know if this was a good home to buy, and joe walk me thur ever thing. any question I ask he explain it. I would tell any one who is buying a home please get a home inspection done it worth it... how is to be nervous and scared at the same time

Joe called me right away about scheduling a home inspection. The day of the inspection he was at the house. He was very professional and friendly. He completed the hoe inspection and said we would receive the results the next day. In less than 24hrs we received the report. I would highly recommend All Jersey Home Inspection.

Joe Arnold Of All Jersey Home Inspection was prompt, professional, courteous, thorough, nice & friendly (which unfortunately doesn't come along too often in today's society!), & the report was emailed next day. Joe Arnold was Fantastic. Very helpful in explaining everything that needed assistance in the home I'm looking to buy. Extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and professional.
