Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub Liner or Shower Surround
One of the installers seemed to know what he was doing but the other one did not. It should have been explained at the time of doing the estimate that there is a possibility one or more ceramic tiles might crack during installation. Also it should have been explained how repairs would be made in the event this happened.There needed to be better communication between the estimator and installers with the customer. However the customer was much happier when the owner agreed to replace the shower doors without charge. This was good for future business.

work done very well. individual who did the work explained what he was doing at all times knew what to expect. very courteous and polite. a job well done. would recommend to my family and friends. price was very reasonable.

I had two bathtub done. I say I would recommend this to a friend but with caution. The first bathtub I had done didn't seem to go to well. I still believe the guy should have put another coat on it and think it should be done over. The second bath was done by a different team of guys and I was much, much happier with that bathtub because I learned what to look for and what to tell them I needed. For me to rate this service as a 5 I would need to have the first bathtub resprayed. Mr. Green
