Only reason value was rated low is because I did not have much time to shop around--emergency boiler situation at rental property... otherwise the response from company was almost immediate, good solid job with both removal and installation... some additional cleanup could have been done but this was minor... am considering using them again on future jobs,

The good: 2 guys came over to the house very quickly and they fixed the problem. The bad: I have no idea of the pricing policy. The service order only showed the total amount; not any detail of the costs. I phoned the company to get some answers; the owner took my name and number down and never called back.

servicemen repeatedly would not show up as scheduled despite apologies and repeated promises to show up. Initial work had to be redone by another contractor given faulty installation that the gas company told me I had to have redone for safety. They never took out a permit, let the place littered with cig butts and empty dunkin' cups, forgot to lock the building or even shut the door on departure. Multiple attempts to reconcile/ overlook and move forward with them, they just never showed up. A year later I finally just got another contractor to do the work in no time.
