Customer service was great in that Rod and Verna were responsive to our questions and timely in returning our calls. There were some project snafu's with their subcontractors though - not showing up, not taking care with cleanliness during the job, etc. However, we are pleased with the overall result and think we got good value for our money.

Rod was meticulous and delivered on time and on budget. There was some debris left behind, but overall, we are extremely pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Fantastic service and work. Rod finished our basement on time and on budget. When minor issues arose--as they do in all large projects--he addressed them directly and with an eye toward excellent customer service. We are very pleased and recommend him highly! His price was highly competitive, and his service was top notch. We highly recommend All In One Home Improvement!

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
I could not get an itemized invoice, allowed paint to be picked by someone-else. I lost money on the paint that could not be restocked. My carpet was done before they did the bathroom leaving a large gap in floor levels per their advisement. Bottom edge of vanity cut and stripping used. Stripping split from nails. Vinyl was mine. Contract left gap in seam. Per contractor if I wanted itemized invoice I would have to pay $65 hr for it, and if they came out to paint in the color I would have preferred. I would have been charged additional days labor and for purchase of paint. No adjustments made for me. Would not recommend.

Rod told us he would complete the project in ten days and he was right on with the completion. THe job was high quality and he was pleasant to have around. I would have him do more projects and have already referred him to friends.
